All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received will, subject to availability or custom configuration options selected, be dispatched within 1-2 working days and We will deliver goods in accordance with the delivery option chosen by you during the order process. Returns & Refunds
If you tell us you've changed your mind about a product that hasn't been delivered, we refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you're sending your product back to us, we refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. I have experienced differing quality from other suppliers in the past when ordering coloured products, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and how quickly my order arrived.
