Important Fulfilment Update: Why We’re Pausing Shipments This December
As we approach the end of the year, we want to share an important update about our fulfilment schedule, and let you know exactly how it may affect your orders throughout December and early January.
From 1st December 2025 to 5th January 2026, we’ll be entering a temporary fulfilment blackout period. During this time, we will continue accepting orders as normal, but no shipments will be dispatched until fulfilment resumes on 5th January 2026. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual following the blackout period.
How This Affects Your Orders
Here’s everything you need to know in one place:

Order cutoff will be on the 1st December at 11:59pm . If you’d like your order before the holiday period, please place it before then.

Orders placed after this date will still be accepted, but won’t be dispatched until 5th January 2026 at the earliest.

You can continue shopping as normal throughout December - we just won’t be shipping until the new year.

Estimated delivery dates have been temporarily disabled during this period, as they won’t accurately reflect shipping times.

Why the Pause? A Big Step Forward for 2026
This pause isn’t something we take lightly, but it is essential.
We’re undertaking a series of major improvements behind the scenes, including:
A full warehouse move
This upgrade will give us more space, better organisation, and the ability to dispatch orders faster and more efficiently in 2026.
Our annual stock count
Every year, we pause fulfilment to complete a full inventory check. This ensures accuracy, transparency, and reliability in every order we send.
Planning Ahead, Staying Connected & What’s Coming in 2026
If you need your items before the holiday break or early in the new year, we strongly recommend placing your order before 1st December, as early orders guarantee dispatch before our fulfilment blackout. Anything ordered after this date will be queued for delivery in January, and with some items being limited, ordering early ensures you don’t miss out.
Although fulfilment is paused throughout December, our team remains fully active behind the scenes: customer support will be available via chat and email, orders can still be placed as normal, and we’ll be working hard on our warehouse move and stock count while keeping you updated on our progress.
This temporary pause is ultimately about improving your experience. By upgrading our warehouse and refining our internal systems, we’ll be able to offer faster dispatch times, improved stock accuracy, smoother order processing, and more room for exciting new product ranges in 2026.
