Returns Policy
Unused and undamaged Items purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund provided they are returned to us within 14 days of the date on which they were delivered to you. Returns must be delivered to us at Unit 5, Gravel Lane, Quarry Lane Industrial Estate, Chichester, PO19 8PG, in the original packaging wherever possible and at your own expense.
Any goods that are personalised (including any glassware that is decorated and/painted at your request and to your specification) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us to discuss your options for returning /replacement.
Please note that we do not provide any guarantee that glassware will be suitable for your purposes and you should satisfy yourself of the suitability before you complete your purchase. Any requirement for the glassware to have specific cleanliness standards or sterility (for instance for holding cosmetic products) is your responsibility and glassware should be cleaned/sterilised by you as required after receipt.
