New Minimum Order Quantities
After careful review, we have updated our minimum order requirements. From now on, all decoration techniques will require a minimum of 1,000 units per SKU.
If you already have an order in progress with us, don’t worry — your order will be fully honoured. Your account manager will continue to provide full support and guide you every step of the way.
How to Place a Customised Order?
Going forward, all customisation orders will be managed directly through our Business Relationship team, not through the website.
