What shipping options are available?

We currently offer Next Day Shipping as our standard service. At this time, we do not offer alternative or lower-cost shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

For many European destinations (e.g., Norway, Germany, France), rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
For further destinations (e.g., China, Africa), shipping is price on request due to variable courier costs. Please contact our team for a tailored quote.

Can I receive my order sooner?

All orders are shipped via Next Day Shipping as standard. We dispatch as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we cannot expedite shipping further.

How much does shipping cost?

Note: Large, heavy, or complex shipments may be quoted separately.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. During peak periods, processing may take longer—we’ll notify you of any expected delays.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be sent to you automatically via email through our dedicated courier.

Can I collect my order?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected date:

If there’s still an issue, please contact us via email or support chat.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, provided the order hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible via support chat or email to request a change.

Returns, Replacements & Credits

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Once items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Replacements

We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Please send photos and a brief description to our support team so we can resolve it promptly.

In some cases, we may offer credit for future purchases. Please contact us for more information

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

If delivery fails, the courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery. If you’re unsure of your parcel’s status, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Can deliveries be delayed due to external factors?

Yes. While we aim to deliver promptly, please note that weather disruptions, courier issues, or seasonal demand can cause delays. We’ll always keep you informed and do our best to minimise disruption.
