Der 1000 ml Wide Mouth Saturn wird häufig in der Lebensmittel- und Naturheilmittelindustrie zur Aufbewahrung hochwertiger Produkte wie Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Pulver und Tees verwendet. Dieses schicke, violette Glas wird auch häufig für Gewürze, Extrakte, Honig, Superfood, Kaffee und mehr verwendet und ist ein echter Blickfang im Regal. Great Quality

To preserve nuts, seeds, herbs and spices well beyond their stated best before dates I have been waiting to purchase these perfect Miron violet glass jars. Waiting because someone like me can't really afford them, that is the missing star - maybe there is a big reason for them being so expensive, but expensive they are. Do not drop one!!! However the fact is, I buy large quantities of all nuts, seeds, herbs and spices to reduce the price on them and the fact they will be preserved for longer (though I eat them as culinary medicine daily in measured quantities) so I figured the cost of the jars will eventually be warranted. I am saving for more until every food is protected/preserved. When the cost has been balanced out by the buying in bulk, I will give them 10 stars - that's how good they are ;)

Excellent jars

I purchased several Miron Jars in the Saturn range. They look smart and stylish, and are good value, but most importantly, keep foodstuffs fresh and in peak condition. So far I’m using for items like chia seeds, fruit, vegetable and protein powders, and freeze dried fruit and vegetables. I am still experimenting with the best way of labelling them, e.g. black chalkboard labels with white pens, or reusable white labels with black marker pen. When I’ve finished reorganising my kitchen, I’ll be ordering more Miron jars from Colorlites / Coloured Bottles, who are a great company to deal with.

Great looking jars

Great looking jars, a similar hue to those uv blocking goggles that came with sun lamps. No idea about the science.
The lids have a cushioned soft plastic lining; seals well, longevity remains to be seen.
The price seemed good, shipping glass jars is always going to be pricey.
Happy with my purchase.
