All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. If you change your mind, you must return the product to us within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase). Please use a reputable delivery service and keep proof of postage. If we don’t receive the item, or it arrives late, we may not be able to issue a refund.

A 10% handling and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and warehouse costs. This fee does not apply to faulty items.
