Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you must return the product to us within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase). Please use a reputable delivery service and keep proof of postage. If we don’t receive the item, or it arrives late, we may not be able to issue a refund.

A 10% handling and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and warehouse costs. This fee does not apply to faulty items.

Quality of items is fine. I have made 2 orders with this company and the wait tike between despatch and in transit is 3 weeks, which I'd be fine with of they didn't specify otherwise. On my second order, they charged me an additional £50(1 week after i paid the original delivery price) on top of the £22 I already paid for delivery because of a mistake on their end when calculating the cost of delivering the items, they charged over £72 for delivery which is insane for the size of the order, the delivery actually cost me more than the prodcuts i bought. Their customer service is also terrible, if you're lucky they will reply to you after a few days of emailing them, most of the time they don't reply.

I advise anyone to not use this company, by far the most frustrating company I've had the displeasure of working with.
