If you change your mind, you must return the product to us within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase). Please use a reputable delivery service and keep proof of postage. If we don’t receive the item, or it arrives late, we may not be able to issue a refund.

A 10% handling and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and warehouse costs. This fee does not apply to faulty items.
