All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.All orders received, subject to availability or custom configuration options selected, are generally dispatched within 3 working days  and we will deliver goods in accordance with the delivery option chosen by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales are approximate. Orders may be delivered in more than one part. We do not accept any liability for a delay in delivery caused by third parties, weather conditions or any other reason outside of our reasonable control.

If you tell us you've changed your mind about a product that hasn't been delivered, we refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you're sending your product back to us, we refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment.
